Alloy Engineering Company carries a Certificate of Authorization to build to ASME Section VIII, Division 1 specifications for Unfired Pressure Vessels.
We develop Qualified Procedures for our fabrications that adhere to industry standards set forth by the American Welding Society and the American Society of Mechanical Engineers. These standards ensure that a certain combination of base material, filler metal and gas, when subjected to heat and specific pre-and post-fabrication processes, will develop a sound weld that meets a target level of strength and ductility.
Our welders are certified by the American Welding Society and are experienced in welding a wide range of alloys and exotic materials.
