Hi-Flow Hydrogen Annealing System is a complete package for the rebuilding of both single-stack and multi-stack batch anneal bases. The system replaces existing hardware to improve gas recirculation rates, help to eliminate surface oxides and smut and shorten annealing-cycle time. The complete system consists of a new fan, diffuser, charge plate, variable-frequency drive and refractory. Elements of the system may be individually added to an existing base system as part of a long-term managed-rebuilding program.
Hydro-Seal Systems, efficient cost-effective upgrades for existing furnaces, are drop-in units replacing existing sand seals, liquid seals, or Kao-wool seals. Furnaces upgraded with this seal system are capable of running any atmosphere including 100% hydrogen.
