Dale A. Vonderau, chairman of the board
A graduate of the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business, Mr. Vonderau served as president of Alloy Engineering from 1960 until 1974 and is currently its chairman.
Louis D. Petonovich, president & CEO
A past Alloy Engineering plant superintendent and executive vice president/general manager, Mr. Petonovich pioneered the company’s move to a participatory-management structure. As president, he focuses on business development.
Richard A. Turiczek, vice president
After earning a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering Technical degree from The Pennsylvania State University, Mr. Turiczek joined Alloy Engineering in 1988. After serving in a variety of field sales and regional sales positions, he became general manager in 2000, and has overall responsibility for internal and external activities of the company.
Patt Cretu-Ball, sales & marketing manager
Ms. Cretu-Ball joined Alloy Engineering in 2004. With an extensive background in sales and marketing management, she oversees and directs the company’s domestic and international network of direct sales engineers and manufacturers’ representatives.
