Q: Can you ship internationally?
A: Yes, Alloy has already shipped to over 30 different countries. We are within ten miles of two different rail yards, the CSX and NFS as well as 5 miles away from Hopkins International Airport.

Q: Do you do Code work?
A: Yes, we are ASME code certified with a “U” stamp and we have the ability to do National Board “R” work as well.

Q: Are you able to reverse engineer my part?
A: Yes, depending on the type of product, when practical, we would bring the part in to be examined and measured.

Q: How much manufacturing space do you have?
A: Alloy Engineering has 77,000 square feet of manufacturing space between two facilities. The main branch, located in Berea, Ohio is where the majority of our work is done. We also have a second facility in Wellington, Ohio. Alloy also has a designated building for applications that require a clean room environment.

Q: Can you provide field diagnostics/repairs?
A: Yes, if you need in the field assistance, one of our sales engineers and discuss your needs and make arrangements to get you what you need. Whether it’s engineering or welding staff, we can help you.

Q: Can you provide engineering or mechanical design services?
A: Yes to both. We can provide both mechanical an thermal design and it can be augmented with finite design analysis.

Q: Do you do in house machining?
A: Alloy Engineering can do some machining in house, but the majority are performed by qualified and performance rated sources.

Q: What kind of testing can you provide?
A: Hydrostatic testing, Pneumatic pressure testing, Radiographic Inspection, Liquid Penetrant, Magnetic particle testing, Ultrasound testing, and helium leak testing.

Q: Can Alloy Engineering manage my inventory?
A: We will work with you to anticipate on-going replacement parts and stock them in our warehouse so they will be ready when you need them. With Just-in-time delivery, we?ll eliminate fabrication and material acquisition delays.

Q: Will Alloy Engineering work with customer supplied materials?
A: Yes, Alloy Engineering will be happy to use supplied materials and provide labor only services.
