Workmanship, Quality, Fabrication, Welding and Engineering:
- Alloy Engineering designs & fabricates our muffles to guarantee 100% fusion of the parts of the muffle being welded.
- Alloy Engineering is a code shop; all Welders are ASME Section IX and AWS D1.1 Certified.
- Welders are qualified to the Welding Procedures (WPS/PQR) for each muffle and alloy material.
- All muffles are Dye Penetrant Tested and Pressure Leak Tested, standard.
- Our Quality Department includes two AWS-CWI Certified Welding Inspectors; one is a Senior Inspector.
- All materials are received with Material Test Reports, including weld wire, which can be verified with PMI.
- All corrugation and forming is performed in-house and in our control.
- Alloy Engineering provides muffle drawings, and quickly responds to any customer revisions or changes.
