At Alloy Engineering, our robust custom metal roll forming capabilities allow us to fabricate alloys that others simply cannot, most notably stainless steel and high-nickel alloy fabrications for high temperature and high corrosion environments. From 1-3/4” in diameter to 19.5 feet, we have the custom metal roll forming flexibility and capacity to roll cylinders, cones, vacuum chambers, pressure vessels, corrugated cylinders and more for a myriad of applications, industries and markets, including:

  • Aerospace
  • Aluminum
  • Chemical processing
  • Heat treating
  • Powder metals
  • Power gen / energy production
  • Steel and metal processing

How We Do It:

Our shop uses a variety roll forming machines to bend and shape steel coils and other metals. As the metal is fed into a machine, a variety of rollers progressively bend the strip until the desired shape is produced. This ensures that every component we roll meets the required specifications and tolerance. Our process is highly versatile, consistent, and repeatable in order to ensure every order meets the highest quality standards. Take a look at our ASME certifications and product features to see why Alloy Engineering is your number one source for custom metal roll forming services.

Our highly versatile process is consistent and meets the highest quality standards.
